Postage

Online credit card and PayPal orders orders will be normally despatched within 48 hours of ordering by Royal Mail First class Post (this means orders placed on Friday may not be despatched until Monday, although we do if we can).

Orders using other payment methods (ie cheque, postal order) will be sent when payment has cleared.
Minimum order including P&P is £7.00

Important Note for USA and South Africa: We are sadly no longer shipping to the USA or South Africa as we are unable to guarantee delivery (we are finding too many orders going missing even when we use track and trace services).

Packaging: The boxes we use are made from 75% recycled cardboard and 25% from sustainably managed forests. We use 100% recycled tissue paper, shredded non-confidential office waste paper and sometimes bubblewrap recycled from our suppliers. The tape we use is made from vegetable cellulose (not plastic) and 100% biodegradeable.

Up to 4kg : £22.95. Anything bigger - we need to talk!

An additional 60p is added to these prices per package (maximum weight for airmail is 2kg. Larger orders will be split into multiple packages).
Despatch is  normally within 24 to 48 hours of ordering. Most orders to Europe arrive 3 to 11 working days after despatch.
